DDBDD Rapid intravenous fluid resuscitation each infusion
Infusing a fluid(s) into a client/patient through a vein, rapidly, at full gravity ow, to resuscitate him or her.

DDBDM Intravenous therapeutic infusion each additional infusion
Infusing a substance into a client/patient through a peripheral vein for therapeutic effect(s). Use DDBDL
in conjunction with DDBDM. Service is billed per infusion.
DDBDN Arterial peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) infusion each infusion
Infusing a substance(s) into a client/patient through his or her arterial PICC using force of gravity. Service
is billed per infusion.
DDBDO Venous peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) injection each injection
Injecting a substance(s) into a client/patient through his or her venous PICC using force. Service is billed
per injection.
