DEO Female-specific tests
DEOAA Basic female hormone profile each test
Providing a basic analysis of a female client/patient’s saliva sample to assess her progesterone,
testosterone and/or beta-estradiol levels over a 28-day period. Service is billed per test.
DEOAB Comprehensive female hormone profile each test
Providing a comprehensive analysis of a female client/patient’s saliva sample to assess her progesterone,
testosterone, beta-estradiolcortisol, dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) and/or melatonin levels over a 28day
period. Service is billed per test.
DEOAC Basic post-menopause profile each test
Providing a basic analysis of a female client/patient’s saliva sample to assess her post-menopausal
estradiol, estrone, estriol, progesterone and/or testosterone levels. Service is billed per test.
DEOAD Comprehensive post-menopause profile each test
Providing a comprehensive analysis of a female client/patient’s saliva sample to assess her postmenopausal
estradiol, estrone, estriol, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol, dehydroepiandrosterone
(DHEA) and/or melatonin levels. Service is billed per test.
DEOAK Vaginal culture each test
Providing an analysis of a female client/patient’s vaginal culture to detect infection. Service is billed per
test.
DEOAL Pap smear each test
Providing an analysis of a female client/patient’s pap smear to detect abnormal, precancerous and/or
cancerous cells. Service is billed per test.
DEOAM Cervical smear each test
Providing an analysis of a female client/patient’s cervical smear to detect viral infection and/or assess her
estrogen and progesterone levels. Service is billed per test.
DEOAN Pap smear repeat each test
Providing an analysis of a female client/patient’s repeat pap smear, with a prior abnormal result to confirm
results. Service is billed per test.
DEOZZ Undefined female-specific test narrative required

DEPAA Allergy profile one to eight items each test
Performing an allergy profile on a client/patient for up to eight allergy antigens to assess his or her allergic
response(s). Service is billed per test.
DEPAB Food allergy profile one to eight items each test
Performing an allergy profile on a client/patient for up to eight food allergy antigens to assess his or her
allergic response(s). Service is billed per test.
DEPAC Spice profile for 24 spices each test
Performing an allergy profile on a client/patient for up to 24 spice allergy antigens to assess his or her
allergic response(s) to immunoglobulin E and immunoglobulin G titers for allspice, basil, bay leaf,
cinnamon, cloves, cumin, curry, dill, fennel seed, ginger, horseradish, marjoram, mustard, nutmeg,
oregano, paprika, parsley, black pepper, cayenne pepper, peppermint, rosemary, sage, thyme and/or
vanilla. Service is billed per test.
DEPAG Inhalants profile for 47 inhalants each test
Performing an allergy profile on a client/patient for up to 47 inhalant allergy antigens to assess his or her
allergic response(s). Service is billed per test.
