DEPCA Electrodermal testing each test
Using an electronic testing device to perform a computerized assessment of a client's energy
imbalance(s) in his or her body. Any practitioner using this code must document appropriate training and/
or certification. Service is billed per test.
DEPCB Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET) initial test each test
Using NAET to gather and assess personal information during an allergy elimination initial examination
and work-up, which includes taking vital signs and history of chief complaints, associated complaints,
present and past medical history, family history, social history, other treatments for specific conditions, any
unusual history, diet, work, hobby, accidents, special procedures and/or surgery. Also using NAET
muscle response to detect allergies. Gathering a client’s heart rate variability information and performing
in-office tests to back up muscle response test findings. Blood serum tests may be ordered separately,
including ELISA or ALCAT tests. Any practitioner using this code must document appropriate training and/
or certification. Service is billed per test.
DEPCC Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET) allergy recheck no charge
Using NAET after completion of a recommended course of treatment to determine its effectiveness.
Visit includes reevaluation by muscle response testing and verification by electrodermal testing to detect
any allergies that may still exist. Gathering a client’s heart rate variability information and performing inoffice
tests to back up muscle response test findings. Any practitioner using this code must document
appropriate training and/or certification. Service is billed as a no-charge item.
DEPCD Allergy sensitivity test muscle testing each 15 minutes
Testing a client for an allergy or allergies using manual muscle testing. Service is billed in 15-minute
increments.
DEPZZ Undefined allergy test narrative required

Collecting blood and/or blood product(s) donation from a client/patient. Service is billed per specimen
collection.
DEZAE Venous blood collection each specimen collection
Collecting a venous blood specimen from a client/patient. Service is billed per specimen collection.
DEZAF Specimen handling and/or conveyance each specimen
Handling and/or conveying a client/patient’s laboratory specimen from the collection location to the
laboratory. Service is billed per specimen.
