DDACU Subcutaneous chelation therapy administration each treatment<br />
Analyzing a client/patient’s blood sample to determine his or her blood glucose level. Use DEACV in<br />
conjunction with DEACU. For short tests use, DEABZ, DEACS or DEACT. Service is billed in 60-minute<br />
increments beyond a 4-hour test.<br />
DDACZ Eye medication administration each treatment<br />
Administering an opthalmic medication into a client/patient’s eye(s). Services is billed per treatment.<br />
DDADB Intramuscular oxidative medicine administration each treatment<br />
Administering an oxidative agent(s) to a client/patient through muscle for therapeutic effect(s) (for<br />
example, to restore oxidative balance). Service is billed per treatment.<br />
DDADC Intravenous oxidative medicine administration each 60 minutes<br />
Administering an oxidative solution(s) to a client/patient through a vein for therapeutic effect(s) (for<br />
example, to restore oxidative balance). Service is billed in 60-minute increments.<br />
DDADD Subcutaneous oxidative medicine administration each treatment<br />
Administering an oxidative solution(s) to a client/patient through his or her skin for therapeutic effect(s) (for<br />

Administering an inhalant(s) into a client/patient’s nose, trachea and/or respiratory system. Service is<br />

DDADG Sublingual substance administration each treatment<br />
Administering a substance to a client/patient under his or her tongue. Service is billed per treatment.<br />
DDADH Intravenous autotransfusion each treatment<br />
Collecting a client/patient’s intraoperative and/or postoperative blood, taken from a clean wound(s) and/<br />
or vein, and reinfusing it into his or her body. Service is billed per treatment.<br />

Administering a medication into a client/patient’s indwelling catheter within a lateral ventricle. Service is<br />
billed in 60-minute increments.<br />

DDADT Phonophoresis application each treatment<br />
Applying a substance topically to a client/patient’s skin using an ultrasound device to transfer ions into his<br />
