Practitioners, medical groups and managed care providers often use patient encounter forms, also known as Superbills,
to document care. Superbills can also facilitate claims submission and direct billing. These forms typically include lists of
frequently used codes, corresponding descriptions and prices (e.g., procedures, diagnoses and fees, or RVUs), so that
practitioners or administrative staff can accurately code and bill for the patient encounter. ABC Coding Solutions’-
Alternative Link’s Superbills for Integrative Healthcare help practitioners save time and money by using ABC codes that
are within the practitioners’ legal scope of practice. During each patient encounter, the practitioner or administrator
