Treating a client’s energy system using TYLEM basic, a psycho-spiritual, cultural, environmental and
energetic process, to balance, revitalize and heal his or her body, emotions, mind and spirit. Any
practitioner using this code must document appropriate training and/or certification. Service is billed in 30minute
increments.
CBCAI Transform Your Life through Energy Medicine (TYLEM) advanced each 30 minutes
Treating a client’s energy system using TYLEM advanced, a psycho-spiritual, cultural, environmental
and energetic process including body systems, organs and meridians to balance, revitalize and heal his
or her body, emotions, mind and spirit. Any practitioner using this code must document appropriate
training and/or certification. Service is billed in 30-minute increments.
CBCAJ Pranic Healing each 15 minutes
Working noninvasively with a client’s energy fields to facilitate the flow of prana or life force into chakra
systems to promote his or her healing process and/or wellbeing. Service is billed in 15-minute increments.
CBCAK Integral practice therapy each 15 minutes
Using a combination of energy medicine and talk therapy with a client to concurrently identify and clear
physical, emotional, psychological and/or spiritual imbalances. Service is billed in 15-minute increments.

Using light touch to evaluate and facilitate the unrestricted flow of a client’s cerebrospinal fluid by
manipulating the eight cranial bones in conjunction with his or her sacrum. Any practitioner using this code
must document appropriate training and/or certification. Service is billed in 15-minute increments.
CBEAC Connective tissue massage each 15 minutes
Applying friction and static pressure massage to a client to access his or her connective tissue. Service is
billed in 15-minute increments.
CBEAD Dermal frictioning each 15 minutes
Applying friction to a client’s dermal layer of his or her body part, region or full body. Service is billed in 15minute
increments.
CBEAF Fascial mobilization each 15 minutes
Using various massage techniques on a client to specifically target the fascial layer(s) of his or her
muscle(s) and/or muscle group(s). Service is billed in 15-minute increments.
CBEAG Infant massage each 15 minutes
Applying massage to an infant client and providing a parent and/or parents and/or guardian instructions
on how to massage his or her infant. Service is billed in 15-minute increments.
CBEAJ Lymphatic massage each 15 minutes
Massaging specific points on a client’s body to affect the overall function of his or her lymphatic system.
Service is billed in 15-minute increments.
CBEAL Myofascial release each 15 minutes
Using various massage techniques on a client to release tension at the point(s) of attachment between
muscle and bone. Service is billed in 15-minute increments.
