Teaching a parent and/or parents and/or guardian age appropriate techniques and/or methods to
discipline his or her child and/or children. Service is billed in 15-minute increments.
CJBAO Age appropriate discipline education group each 60 minutes
Teaching parents and/or guardians in a group setting age appropriate methods and/or techniques to
discipline their children. Service is billed in 60-minute increments per client.
CJBAP Age appropriate discipline education family each 15 minutes
Teaching a family member(s) age appropriate methods and/or techniques to discipline the child and/or
children. Service is billed in 15-minute increments.
CJBAQ Child nutritional requirements education individual each 15 minutes

CJBAT Nurturance education group each 60 minutes
Teaching parents and/or caregivers in a group setting techniques to nurture their dependent children or
adults. Service is billed in 60-minute increments per client.
CJBAW Child sports-injury prevention education individual each 15 minutes
Teaching a parent and/or parents and/or guardian techniques to prevent and/or minimize his or her child’s
and/or children’s risk of injury or injuries from participating in sports. Service is billed in 15-minute
increments.
CJBAX Child sports-injury prevention education group each 60 minutes
Teaching parents and/or guardians in a group setting techniques to prevent and/or minimize their
children’s risk of injuries from participating in sports. Service is billed in 60-minute increments per client.
CJBAZ Teen-parenting education individual each 15 minutes
Teaching a teenage parent and/or parents skills to understand and promote the physical, psychological
