Assisting clients in a group setting in obtaining their personal autonomy and discontinuing harmful
thoughts and/or behaviors associated with an institution and/or organization (for example, a religious
entity, cult or place of employment). Service is billed in 60-minute increments per client.
CDAIQ Dance therapy group each 60 minutes
Using dance therapy with clients in a group setting to support their processing and/or expression of
emotion. Service is billed in 60-minute increments per client.
CDAJS Perinatal death grief assistance family each 15 minutes
Using family counseling techniques to assist a family in resolving its grief due to perinatal loss. Service is
billed in 15-minute increments.
CDAJV Having Chemo or Radiation Therapy?© individual each program narrative required
Providing a client/patient, with a cancer diagnosis, with information and/or education to prevent and/or
minimize possible side effect(s) and maximize his or her therapeutic effect(s) from radiation and/or
chemotherapy. Service is billed per program, narrative required.
CDAJW Having Surgery?© individual each program narrative required
Teaching a client/patient, preparing for surgery, techniques to integrate his or her mind, body and spirit to
facilitate an optimal surgical result. Service is billed per program, narrative required.
CDAJY Compulsive fire setting therapy individual each 15 minutes
Using counseling techniques with a client to identify and provide mechanisms to change the cognitive,
behavioral and emotional components of his or her compulsive fire setting behavior. Service is billed in
15-minute increments.
CDAKD Societal and/or environmental coping assistance individual each 15 minutes
Using counseling techniques to assist a client in coping with his or her societal and/or environmental
stressors. Service is billed in 15-minute increments.
CDAKE Societal and/or environmental coping assistance group each 60 minutes
Using group counseling techniques to assist clients in a group setting in coping with their societal and/or
environmental stressors. Service is billed in 60-minute increments per client.
CDAKF Societal and/or environmental coping assistance family each 15 minutes
Using family counseling techniques to assist a family member(s) in coping with their societal and/or
environmental stressors. Service is billed in 15-minute increments.
CDAKG Role-change coping skills education individual each 15 minutes
Teaching a client how to accept, perform and/or cope with his or her changing role(s). Service is billed in

CDAKH Role-change coping skills education group each 60 minutes
Teaching a clients in a group setting how to accept, perform and/or cope with their changing roles. Service
is billed in 60-minute increments per client.
CDAKI Role-change coping skills education family each 15 minutes
Teaching a family member(s) how to accept, perform and/or cope with their changing role(s). Service is
billed in 15-minute increments.
CDAKJ Family integration promotion family each 15 minutes
Using family counseling techniques with a family member(s) to promote growth and unity within their
family. Service is billed in 15-minute increments.
CDAKK Family integration promotion group each 60 minutes
Using group counseling techniques with multiple families in a group setting to promote growth and unity
within their families. Service is billed in 60-minute increments per family.
CDAKL Humor therapy individual each 15 minutes
Using humor with a client to relieve tension, release anger, facilitate learning, express emotion and/or
cope with his or her painful feelings. Service is billed in 15-minute increments.
