Headset sound
With a headset attached to your phone, the
ringtone can be played through the headset or

rings from the phone speaker.

Auto-answer
With a hands-free headset attached, you can set
your phone to answer automatically. Select

to automatically answer after 5 seconds.
Power backlighting
You can set backlighting to remain on when an
external power source, such as the AC adapter, is
used with the phone.
kçíÉW Power backlighting may not be available
with the optional desktop charger or other
accessories. The battery charges more slowly with
power backlighting on.
Select jÉåì > pÉííáåÖë > ^ÅÅÉëëçêáÉë >

qáéW Use the power backlighting as a night light
when traveling.
TTY device
You can connect the phone to a TTY device for the
hearing impaired.
kçíÉW Enable qqv=ÇÉîáÅÉ only when using the
phone with a TTY device.
NK Connect the TTY device to the phone.
OK Select jÉåì > pÉííáåÖë > ^ÅÅÉëëçêáÉë >
qqv=ÇÉîáÅÉ (or enter @@UUV from the main
screen and select qqv) > lh > qqv=çå.
Hearing aid
You can use your phone with a hearing aid device.
Select jÉåì > pÉííáåÖë > ^ÅÅÉëëçêáÉë >
eÉ~êáåÖ=~áÇ > lh > bå~ÄäÉÇ.
