delivery channels, <strong>and</strong> to stabilize the risk through objective st<strong>and</strong>ards <strong>and</strong><br />
re<strong>in</strong>surance. Ultimately, <strong>in</strong>dex <strong>in</strong>surance can not only be a profitable <strong>in</strong>dustry, it can<br />
aid governments to make better choices about poverty <strong>and</strong> disaster management.<br />
