approach taken in your country (e.g. do coaches give<br />
much advice)?<br />
There is no prevailing coaching style as such. In Brazil, Argentina and Colombia with about 80% of all business coaches<br />
of South America, the question whether coaching is predominantly directive or non-directive is undecided. However there is<br />
a slight slant towards non-directive coaching, as coaching in three countries (Chile, Paraguay, Venezuela) is predominantly<br />
non-directive and only in one is it directive (very directive: Ecuador).<br />
