(1 = not at all, 10 = very much)?<br />
The coaching culture concept is almost unknown in Africa. Only in South Africa, and here above all in the context of<br />
multinational companies rather than in local companies, is it mentioned. (In Morocco, no specific answer was given,<br />
so it is not clear what is the exact situation here.)<br />
