While one-to-one coaching may not be mature, advanced or well grown yet in any way, many<br />
people and institutions would/will be more open to coaching, if there was some form of accre-<br />
ditation. Without this, it will look like any other fad job, or as a way to “help disturbed people”.<br />
Lesotho Business coaching has not yet visibly developed. (Neighbour country is South Africa with<br />
1600 coaches, so maybe a few coaches are also based here.)<br />
