Mecque du ski, du surf et du free ride en hiver, <strong>Chamonix</strong>-<br />
Mont-Blanc propose en été, une grande variété d’activités<br />
de loisirs : une cinquantaine de sports différents peuvent<br />
être pratiqués, comme la randonnée, le VTT, l’alpinisme, le<br />
parapente, le golf...<br />
Les randonneurs de tous niveaux peuvent<br />
découvrir la vallée le long de nombreux sentiers ou<br />
en empruntant des itinéraires aux portes de la haute<br />
<strong>mont</strong>agne.<br />
une vingtaine de circuits balisés<br />
permettent aux adeptes du VTT de traverser les hameaux<br />
et villages de la vallée. Les re<strong>mont</strong>ées mécaniques de<br />
la 0Flégère, de Vallorcine et des Houches, proposent un<br />
accès facile aux pistes de descente qui offrent de 500 à<br />
1500m de dénivelé.<br />
Sans oublier les sites d’exception<br />
comme le téléphérique de l’Aiguille du Midi, qui offre un<br />
panorama exceptionnel sur le massif du Mont-Blanc ou<br />
l’excursion à la Mer de Glace, en empruntant le petit train<br />
rouge à crémaillère. D’autres re<strong>mont</strong>ées mécaniques de<br />
la vallée de <strong>Chamonix</strong> Mont-Blanc permettent à chacun<br />
d’accéder facilement à un environnement alpin unique,<br />
composé de forêts ombragées, de glaciers scintillants, de<br />
prairies verdoyantes et de sommets vertigineux.<br />

different sports here, including hiking, mountain biking,<br />
climbing, paragliding, golf and more...<br />
Hikers of all abilities can explore the valley along<br />
the many footpaths or follow the trails up to gateway to the<br />
high mountains.<br />
Around twenty waymarked trails lead<br />
mountain biking enthusiasts through the hamlets and<br />
villages in the valley. The ski lifts at Flégère, Vallorcine and<br />
Les Houches provide an easy way to get up to the downhill<br />
runs, with vertical drops of between 500 and 1500 metres.<br />
And not forgetting the outstanding<br />
visitor attractions such as the Aiguille du Midi<br />
cable car with its amazing panorama of the Mont Blanc<br />
massif, and the excursion to the Mer de Glace on the little<br />
red cog railway. Other ski lifts in <strong>Chamonix</strong> Valley-Mont<br />
Blanc provide visitors with an easy way to get up to the<br />
unique Alpine surroundings of shady forests, sparkling<br />
glaciers, verdant meadows and vertiginous peaks.<br />
