11 ASR: (referring to the motor):<br />
Green LED: auto-stop-reverse motion when preset torque is reached<br />
Red LED: reverse motion, controlled by foot pedal (e.g. for Lentulo)<br />
LED Off: only auto-stop<br />
12 APEX status: Red LED: when lip clip cable has been plugged in.<br />
Green LED: ready to use after the file in contra-angle and lip clip have<br />
been connected.<br />
Flashing green LED: if apical auto-stop is activated and reverse motion<br />
of the file is started by pressing the foot pedal.<br />
Flashing red LED: in case of an error “ERROR 3” is simultaneously<br />
shown as display reading.<br />

When determining the working length, the movement of the file tip is shown within the root canal.<br />

3.2 Display<br />
After being switched on, all LEDs light up, a wel<strong>com</strong>e screen is shortly shown and then the<br />
display will read the last used file, e.g. the Mtwo 10/04.<br />
Top row: inactive, shows each active file system; cannot be changed individually<br />

Bottom row: 4 columns show system, file size, preset torque and speed values<br />
sys displays the selected NiTi System<br />
file displays the selected NiTi File (10/04, 15/05, 20/06, ..)<br />
gcm displays the preset torque limit.<br />
Torque is shown in g/cm (grams-force per centimeter: 1 gcm = 0.0981 Nmm)<br />
rpm displays the instrument rotation speed in rpm (revolutions per minute)<br />
• Using the and keys, it is possible to move to the right and left.<br />
• Using the + and – keys, it is possible to scroll through the active NiTi systems and files<br />
and to individually change the torque or speed values in all file systems.<br />
