After the success of the last two seasons, the Cecchi
family proposes a series of initiatives aimed at
enhancing the Estate involving important chefs
of the area and musicians of national and international
fame, all this accompanied by the wines from the same
Estate, protagonists of each appointment. This includes
the newly-born Litorale Rosato 2017, an explosion
of Maremma with its fresh and versatile Sangiovese for
a monovarietal tasting but perfect to pair with menus
going from the greenest menu to fish. “Val delle Rose
is not only wine: we want to make our Estate in Maremma
come alive in all its glory”, says Andrea Cecchi.

with Nicky Nicolai and Elio accompanied by Luca

Dopo il successo delle scorse due stagioni, Famiglia
Cecchi propone una serie di iniziative volte alla
valorizzazione della Tenuta coinvolgendo grandi
cuochi del territorio e musicisti di fama nazionale ed internazionale,
il tutto accompagnato dai vini della Tenuta
stessa, sempre protagonisti di ogni appuntamento. Compreso
l’ultimo nato, Litorale Rosato 2017, un’esplosione
di Maremma con il suo Sangiovese fresco e versatile per
un assaggio in purezza ma perfetto per abbinamenti che
spaziano dal menù più green al pesce. “Val delle Rose
non è soltanto vino: vogliamo far vivere questa nostra
Tenuta in Maremma in tutta la sua bellezza” dice Andrea
Cecchi. Tra i nomi selezionati troviamo Stefano Di
Battista insieme a Nicky Nicolai ed Elio accompagnato
