والفنية واليت تعرؼ حبقوؽ ادلؤلف واحلقوؽ اجملاورة،‏
على كل من احلقوؽ التالية حق براءة االخًت اع والعالمة والرسو الصناعية والنماذج
كما يشمل االعتداء احلقوؽ الصناعية والتجارية واليت تعرؼ باالعتداء
وتسميات ادلنشأ والدوائر ادلتكاملة
والتصاميم الشكلية ويف رلملها تعرؼ حبقوؽ ادللكية الفكرية،‏ لذلك من خالؿ ىذه ادلداخلة سوؼ نتطرؽ إذل
ىذه احلقوؽ
وإذل التدابَت القانونية اليت فرضت حلمايتها سواء كانت تدابَت قانونية عن طريق دعوى مدنية أو عن طريق تدابَت جزائية
Abstract:
تتمثل يف دعوى التقليد وجزاءات وعقوبات ناذبة عنها.‏

keen to regulate it with legal texts, The scope of this crime is the violation of literary and
artistic rights, which are known as copyright and related rights, the violation also includes
the violation of industrial and commercial rights, which is known as the violation of each of
the following rights Patent rights, trademarks, industrial designs, models, appellations of
origin, integrated circuits and graphic designs and in their entirety, are known as intellectual
property rights. Therefore, through this intervention, we will address these rights and the
legal measures that protect them, whether legal measures through a civil lawsuit or through
penal measures represented The claim of imitation and penalties resulting from it .
