الملخص:‏
الشخص ادلبدع الذي يؤلف وينتج وخيًتع أشياء تفيد البالد والعباد حيتاج اىل زتاية قانونية دتنع االعتداء عليو وعلى
مصنفو،‏ وتردع كل من حياوؿ االعتداء على غَته من ادلؤلفُت سواء كاف انتاجهم أصلية أ مشتقة أيا كانت طريقة التعبَت
عنها كاحملاضرة،‏ الرواية،‏ الرسم أو كتاب،‏ حيث يوظف أفكاره وخيالو الواسع إلفادة رلتمعو واجملتمعات األخرى يف احلاضر
وادلستقبل،‏ األمر الذي حيفز غَته من ادلبدعُت لالقتداء بو طادلا أف القانوف حيميو وحيفظ لو حقوقو،‏ وحيمي حىت ادلصنف
الذي أنتجو وجسد أفكاره من خاللو يف شكل مادي زلسوس فاحلماية تقع على ادلصنف يف شكلو ادلادي مهما كاف نوعو
أو كيفية التعبَت عنو أو حىت الغرض منو وال تقع احلماية على األفكار،‏ ما يًتؾ أثارا اجتماعية إجيابية تساىم يف تطوير
ادلعرفة،‏ االبتكار،‏ الفنوف بُت أفراد اجملتمع.‏
Abstract:
The creative person who composes, produces and invents things that benefit the
country and the people needs legal protection to prevent attacks on him and his work, and
deters anyone who tries to attack other authors, whether their production is original or
derived, whatever the way they are expressed, such as lecture, novel, drawing or book,
where he uses his ideas and his vast imagination to benefit his community and other
communities in the present and the future, which motivates other creators to follow his
example as long as the law protects him and preserves his rights, and protects even the work
that protects his society and other societies in the present and the future, which motivates

and protects even the work that protects him. He produced and embodied his ideas
through him in a physical and tangible form, protection falls on the work in its physical
form, whatever its type, how it is expressed or even its purpose, and protection does not fall
on ideas, leaving positive social effects that contribute to the development of knowledge,
innovation, and the arts among members of society.
