إف حقوؽ ادللكية الفكرية هتدؼ إىل محاية قيمة األصوؿ وتتم محايتها على الصعيد احمللي عن طريق القوانُت احمللية،‏
أما على الصعيد الدويل فإف محايتها تتم من خالؿ سلتلف ادلعاىدات واالتفاقيات الدولية.‏
فلحقوؽ ادللكية الفكرية أمهيتها يف إطار العالقات الدولية التجارية فاالبتكار وادلنافسة قريناف للتقد االقتصادي ألي
رلتمع.‏ وال ريب أف من عوامل االزدىار والنمو االقتصادي للدولة وجود نظا قانوين قوي ومتكامل يكفل احلماية للمبتكرين
على اخًتاعاهتم وللمؤلفُت على مصنفاهتم،‏ ومحاية ادلشروعات ادلتنافسة من حظر التقليد أو السطو على عناصر ادللكية
الفكرية بوجو عا.‏
Abstract:
Intellectual property rights aim to protect the value of assets and are protected at the
local level through local laws, while at the international level, they are protected through
various international treaties and agreements.
Intellectual property rights are important in the context of international trade
relations, as innovation and competition are related to the economic progress of any
society. There is no doubt that one of the factors of prosperity and economic growth for
the state is the existence of a strong and integrated legal system that guarantees protection
for innovators over their inventions and for authors on their works, and the protection of
competing projects from prohibiting counterfeiting or theft of intellectual property
elements in general.
