Laboratorij za anorgansko kemijo in tehnologijo<br />

Laboratory for Inorganic Chenistry and Technology<br />

manganom in `elezom modificirana mezoporozna<br />

aluminofosfata MnHMA in FeHMA ter<br />

z manganom modificiran mezoporozen silikat<br />

MnMCM-41. Mezoporozno strukturo smo<br />

raziskali z rentgensko difrakcijo (XRD) in<br />

presevnim mikroskopom visoke lo~ljivosti<br />

(HRTEM). Lokalno okolico mangana in `eleza<br />

smo dolo~ili z rentgensko absorpcijsko<br />

spektroskopijo (EXAFS, XANES), jedrsko<br />

magnetno resonanco (NMR), elektronsko<br />

paramagnetno resonanco (EPR) ter Mössbauerjevo<br />

spektroskopijo. Rezultati strukturne<br />

karakterizacije ka`ejo na termi~no stabilne<br />

mezoporozne materiale s katalitskimi lastnostmi<br />

zaradi vgrajenega mangana in `eleza v<br />

mezoporozno ogrodje. Nadaljnje raziskave<br />

produktov bodo potekale v sklopu sodelovanja<br />

z drugimi laboratoriji v okviru EU projekta IN-<br />

SIDE PORES.<br />

structure was confirmed by X-ray powder diffraction<br />

(XRD) and high resolution transmission<br />

microscopy (HRTEM). X-ray absorption<br />

spectroscopy (XANES, EXAFS), nuclear magnetic<br />

resonance (NMR), electron paramagnetic<br />

resonance (EPR) and Mössbauer spectroscopy<br />

revealed the local structure of manganese or<br />

iron. The characterisation results showed that<br />

stable mesoporous materials with catalytic<br />

properties were prepared. Further research on<br />

prepared products will include the collaboration<br />

with other laboratories within the frame<br />

of EU project INSIDE PORES.<br />

Cement research:<br />

The research with collaboration with Salonit<br />

Anhovo d.d., Deskle, Slovenia, resulted in the<br />

completion of the study on the influences of<br />

variously soluble carbonates on overall hydration<br />

and final phase development and compo-<br />
