PODRO^JA DEJAVNOSTI<br />
Raziskovalno delo Laboratorija za prehrambeno<br />
kemijo (L06) je usmerjeno na podro~je<br />
znanstvenega na~rtovanja izdelkov in prehranskih<br />
dodatkov, aditivov za zdravo prehrano. Delo<br />
poteka v petih podskupinah in sicer na:<br />
- razvoju novih prehrambenih izdelkov in<br />
prehranskih dodatkov s funkcionalnimi<br />
lastnostmi<br />
- priprava in vrednotenje specialne prehrane<br />
in prehrambeni in`enering<br />
- dolo~anju spojin naravnega izvora s sodobnimi<br />
kromatografskimi in spektroskopskimi<br />
tehnikami<br />
- razvoju in validaciji novih analiznih metod in<br />
analiznih tehnik<br />
- prepre~evanju kemijskih tveganj z upo{tevanjem<br />
dobrih praks (GLP in GMP) pri<br />
razvoju in validaciji analiznih metod,<br />
tehnolo{kih validacijah, validacijah ~i{~enja in<br />
HCCAPa.<br />

RESEARCH ACTIVITIES<br />
Research activities are oriented into the scientifically<br />
designed food for healthy nutrition. They<br />
are divided in five main fields:<br />
- Development of new food products and food<br />
additives with functional activities<br />
- Evaluation of special food and food engineering<br />
- Investigation of compounds from natural<br />
sources by modern chromatographic and<br />
spectroscopic techniques<br />
- Development and validation of new analytical<br />
techniques and methods<br />
- Minimization of chemical hazard in food production<br />
according to GLP, GMP and HCCAP<br />
