Laboratory for Food Chemistry<br />

produktov v tabletah z norfloksacinom kot<br />

u~inkovino. Prou~evali smo tudi pogoje za<br />

TLC denzitometri~no dolo~anje norfloksacina<br />

preko UV absorpcije ali naravne fluorescence<br />

te spojine.<br />

- V sodelovanju s skupino s Klini~nega centra<br />

iz Ljubljane smo raziskovali vpliv razli~nih<br />

prehranskih dodatkov (s specifi~nim delovanjem<br />

na prebavila) na prepustnost ~revesne<br />

stene in na potek zdravljenja politraumatiziranih<br />

po{kodovancev. V ta namen smo<br />

s TLC analizno metodo dolo~ili laktulozo in<br />

manitol v 43 vzorcih urina. Na osnovi<br />

razmerja med laktulozo in manitolom smo<br />

ugotavljali prepustnost ~revesne stene.<br />

EQUIPMENT<br />

Laboratory for food chemistry is equipped with<br />

HPLC systems with different type of detectors,<br />

also with MS detector LCQ from Finnigan; GC<br />

systems with different type of injectors (also<br />

Head Space injector); complete system for TLC<br />

with densitometer, image analyzing system, and<br />

automatic applicators; two systems for capillary<br />

electrophoresis.<br />

Seven students from different faculties from<br />

University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, finished their
