- Dolo~ili smo kinetiko reakcije vodnega plina<br />

(water gas shift reaction, WGSR) na nanostrukturnem<br />

Cu x Ce 1-x O 2-y katalizatorju v<br />

stacionarnih pogojih in dokazali, da je proces<br />

limitiran z reakcijo oksidacije CO na medfazni<br />

meji katalizatorja in na reoksidaciji te<br />

medfazne meje s kisikom iz vode<br />

- V sodelovanju z L07 smo dolo~ali elektrokemijske<br />

in mehanske lastnosti ter obstojnost<br />

nove protonsko prevodne polimerne membrane<br />

za visokotemperaturne PEM gorivne<br />

celice, ki smo jo razvili in patentirali za<br />

Renault, Francija<br />

- V sodelovanju z L02 smo dolo~ali elektrokemijske<br />

in mehanske lastnosti ter obstojnost<br />

nove protonsko prevodne polimerne membrane<br />

za PEM gorivne celice, ki smo jo razvili<br />

v projektu APOLLON (5. OP EU)<br />

katalizatorjev (Micromeritics, model Autochem II<br />

2920), povezan z masnim spektrometrom (Pfeiffer<br />

Vacuum, model Thermostar) kot sekundarnim<br />

- A modified process scheme of the integrated<br />

ion-exchange/catalytic denitrification process<br />

for the removal of excessive quantities of nitrates<br />

from drinking water was proposed,<br />

which drastically reduces the production of<br />

ammonium ions as a by-product<br />

- Kinetic model of water gas shift reaction<br />

(WGSR) over a nanostructured Cu x Ce 1-x O 2-y<br />

catalyst based on the redox mechanism was<br />

developed; the reaction rate limiting step was<br />

demonstrated to be the CO oxidation at the<br />

nanostructured catalyst interface and the<br />

reoxidation of this interface with oxygen from<br />

water<br />

- Determination of electrochemical and mechanical<br />

properties and durability of the new<br />

proton conducting polymer membrane for<br />

high temeprature PEM fuel cell, which was<br />

developed and patented in collaboration with<br />

L07 in the framework of research project with<br />

Renault, Paris, France<br />
