- Dogradnja dr`avnega informacijskega<br />

sistema za podro~je odpadkov in izdelava<br />

nacionalnih bilanc komunalnih, gradbenih,<br />

nenevarnih in nevarnih odpadkov za leto<br />

2004, s ~asovno vrsto od leta 1999, po<br />

dejavnostih povzro~iteljev, katalo{kih vrstah<br />

odpadkov in na~inih ravnanja<br />

- Dokon~anje nacionalne bilance emisij hlapnih<br />

organskih snovi iz industrije, dolo~itev<br />

ukrepov za dosego predpisanega zmanj{anja<br />

emisij, ocena stro{kov, ocena poteka zmanj-<br />

{evanja emisij do leta 2020<br />

- Izdelava katastra divjih odlagali{~ odpadkov<br />

in predloga prednostne sanacije vodozbirnega<br />

obmo~ja Jar{ki brod; izdelava ocene<br />

onesna`enosti zemljine s podro~ja stare<br />

cinkarne v Celju zaradi sanacije<br />

- Sodelovanje pri izdelavi tehnolo{kih podlag<br />

za na~rtovanje in gradnjo industrijskega<br />

postopka ~i{~enja tehni~ne fosforne kisline<br />

do `ivilske kvalitete v TKI Hrastnik; sodelovanje<br />

pri razvoju tehnolo{kega postopka priprave<br />

natrijevega perkarbonata v Belinki Ljubljana<br />

- Vklju~itev v integrirani EU projekt BIOCOUP<br />

v okviru FP6-2004-Energy 3 z naslovom: »Coprocessing<br />

of upgraded bio-liquids in standard<br />

refinery units« (sprejet v financiranje od<br />

leta 2006 dalje); sodelovali bomo v podprojektu<br />

SP4 »Production of Discrete Oxigenated<br />

Target Compounds« pri identifikaciji optimalnih<br />

separacijskih strategij in tehnologij ter<br />

razvoju separacijskih tehnologij za izolacijo<br />

posameznih frakcij in / ali diskretnih komponent<br />

wastes, generated during the year 2004 in<br />

relevant sectors and waste types according<br />

to NACE and EWC classification; trends are<br />

shown for the time period since 1999<br />

- National inventory and information system<br />

on the industrial emission of volatile organic<br />

compounds, distribution of emissions between<br />

industrial sectors, measures identification<br />

for reduction of the excess emissions,<br />

cost estimation, prediction of emission reduction<br />

by implementing various measures till<br />

2020<br />

- Site inspection, environmental risk assessment<br />

and remediation planning of: a) water<br />

collection area Jar{ki brod for Ljubljana city<br />

water supply, due to illegal dumping of<br />

waste; b) abundant industrial site of an old<br />

zinc metallurgical plant in Celje, related to<br />

its further (public) use<br />

- Participation in preparation of the proposal<br />

for European integral EU project BIOCOUP,<br />

Module Energy-3 (accepted for financing in<br />

the year 2006 onwards); with the title: “Coprocessing<br />

of upgraded bio-liquids in standard<br />

refinery units“ on identification of optimal<br />

recovery and fractionation strategies and<br />

technologies for the production of discrete<br />

target compounds from the bio-liquids and<br />

development of technically and economically<br />

feasible isolation and fractionation technologies<br />

for target oxygenate compounds<br />

- Research cooperation with Bayer Technology<br />

Services Leverkusen, Germany on high pressure<br />

technology for determination of<br />

thermophysical properties of materials; the<br />

beginning of the construction of high-pressure<br />

view-cell<br />

- Cooperation with University of Erlangen,<br />

Germany on the field of the formation of<br />

microparticles by SCF-GAS technique and<br />

study of the drug release<br />
