fee is charged.<br />

In addition, The Legal Aid Society of Rochester administers the Upstate<br />

New York Immigration Project, a coooperative effort with Hiscock Legal<br />

Aid and the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York. Immigrant<br />

domestic violence victims who live within the jurisdiction of any of these<br />

three legal aid organizations may receive legal services through the Upstate<br />

New York Immigration Project.<br />
