2 oz (60 ml) gin<br />
¼ oz (7 ml) green chartreuse<br />
2 orange wedges<br />
1 oz (30 ml) honey syrup<br />
2 dashes angostura bitters<br />
in a cocktail mixing glass, add gin and chartreuse. Squeeze orange wedges into<br />
glass and drop in the spent wedges. Add honey syrup and bitters. Shake and strain<br />
into martini glass.<br />

2 orange wedges (slice orange into 8 wedges)<br />
½ oz (15 ml) elderflower syrup<br />
¼ oz (7 ml) lemon juice<br />
2 dashes angostura bitters<br />
Pour whisky into a cocktail mixing glass. Squeeze orange wedges into glass and<br />
drop in spent wedges. Add elderflower syrup, lemon juice and bitters. Shake. Strain<br />
into old fashioned glass. Fill glass with ice and top with soda.
