2.3) Submitting Complaints and Appeals for Investigations into Human Rights
Violations
In 2005, the unit pursued 157 complaints and appeals on behalf of Palestinians with
regard to the misuse of authority, including 47 that had been pursued since 2004.
This number includes 38 complaints to the Attorney General and 119 complaints and
appeals to ministries and other official bodies.
