1. Identification of First Nations cultural traditional resources<br />
Rationale: While identification of cultural resources is an important first step in<br />
increasing First Nations access and use of sustenance resources, this indicator is<br />
not useful for measuring change over time. The number of new archaeological<br />
studies or Traditional Use Studies conducted and number reviewed by First<br />
Nations is recommended because of its comparability over time.<br />
