9.4 Removing the Roof<br />
Prerequisites Machine shut down<br />
Crane capable of lifting 227 kg (500 lb)<br />
Procedure Follow the procedure below to remove the roof.<br />
1. Disconnect the battery.<br />
2. Remove the doors (a).<br />
3. Remove the front and rear access panels (b and c).<br />
4. Remove the screws that secure the roof to the side panels (d).<br />
5. Remove the screws that secure the control panel enclosure (e) to the lifting<br />
structure (f).<br />
6. Remove the screws that secure the door latch (g) to the lifting structure and<br />
remove the door latch.<br />
