complex communication needs, September 2000.<br />

• The Communication Bill of Rights produced by Severe Communication Impairment Outreach Projects<br />

(SCIOP).<br />

• A Communication Bill of Rights contained in <strong>the</strong> ‘Ethical Guidelines for Communication Partners and<br />

Assistants and Facil<strong>it</strong>ators’ (2000) produced by <strong>the</strong> Communication Aid User Society Inc. (CAUS).
