2. Coastal Impact Assistance Program funding will be utilized to assist
in implementation of the Mobile Bay National Estuary Program
Comprehensive Conservation & Management Plan with regard to
selected Water Quality, Habitat Management, Human Uses, and
Education & Outreach Action Items.
3. A Mobile County Coastal Resource Protection Program will be
developed to promote wise management of natural resources and will
include activities such as acquisition and management of coastal
habitats, including wetlands.
