Commission proposes to partner with the Mobile Area Water and Sewer System (MAWSS) to aid
in the protection of the only major surface source of drinking water in coastal Alabama.

Providing the public a place to experience natural resource conservation, protection, and
management enhances their appreciation of the natural coastal environment. As a result, this
appreciation reinforces a sense of ownership providing benefit to the natural coastal environment.
