Week One: “Bring it on”<br />

Agenda:<br />

- Introduce members <strong>to</strong> one another<br />

- Establish ground rules and deal with any specific concerns<br />

members have<br />

- Identify each person’s goals and expectations<br />

- Introduce idea of the mind being on au<strong>to</strong>pilot and the dangers<br />

inherent in living that way<br />

- Raisin experiment<br />

- Short breathing exercise<br />

- Feedback and Homework<br />

- Distribute guided meditation CD’s and handouts<br />
