I think so, it probably went over it, I did the meditation and yoga,<br />

met friends, learnt <strong>to</strong> sit with myself… I got more out of it than I<br />

expected.<br />

I definitely want <strong>to</strong> keep it up; I would love <strong>to</strong> partake in the next<br />
