Technischer Support Schneideisen Support technique des filières Technical support of the dies 501 502 Eigenschaften 501 HSS, 502 HSS Typ 501 HSS ist ein vorgeschlitztes Gewindeschneideisen. Seine geschlossene Konstruktion garantiert eine präzise Wiederholgenauigkeit. Typ 502 HSS ist ein geschlitztes Gewindeschneideisen. Seine offene Konstruktion ermöglicht eine Feineinstellung. 501 ULTRA, 501 INOX Typ 501 ULTRA und Typ 501 INOX sind aus hochlegiertem Schnellstahl hergestellt. Mit ULTRA-Schneideisen können höhere Standzeiten als mit Typ HSS erreicht werden. Typ .../3, ohne Schälanschnitt Durch diese Schnittgeometrie bleiben die Späne in den Spanlöchern. Dies ermöglicht u.a. das Gewindeschneiden an einer Schulter. Typ .../4, mit Schälanschnitt Durch den angeschliffenen Schälanschnitt werden die Späne nach vorne in die Schneidrichtung gefördert. Dadurch wird eine Verstopfung der Spanlöcher verhindert und damit kann der Drehmoment möglichst niedrig gehalten werden. Geeignet für das Gewindeschneiden von langen Gewinden. Anwendungsbereich Typ HSS für Stahlbearbeitung bis 700 N/mm 2 Typ ULTRA für Stahlbearbeitung bis 1000 N/mm 2 Typ INOX für rostfreie Stähle bis 1000 /Nmm 2 . Für die Bearbeitung anderer Werkstoffe wie Leichtmetalle, Buntmetalle usw. muss die Schnittgeometrie entsprechend angepasst werden. Bemerkungen Es ist wichtig, dass das Schneideisen beim ganzen Schneidprozess in der Flucht des zuschneidenden Werkstückes ist, und dass der Gewinde-Aussendurchmesser normgerecht vorbereitet ist. Bei den ungeschlitzten Schneideisen ist eine Beschichtung für alle schmierenden Werkstoffe geeignet. Nitrieren verbessert die Gleiteigenschaft und erhöht die Verschleissfestigkeit. Um eine gute Zerspanung und lange Standzeiten zu erzielen, ist eine optimale Schmierung notwendig. Typ .../4, avec entrée en hélice L’entrée en hélice, soigneusement meulée, provoque l’evacuation des copeaux vers l’avant dans la direction de la coupe. Un engorgement des trous de dégagement est par conséquent évité et le couple est maintenu le plus bas possible. Convient pour l’usinage de longs filets. Pour l’usinage des matières comme laiton, aluminium et autres une modification de coupe est nécessaire. Remarques Il est important que la pièce à usiner soit bien préparée: – diamètre extérieur conformément aux normes et – que la filière soit bien dans l’alignement de la pièce à usiner pendant toute l’opération de filetage. Un revêtement est recommandé pour l’usinage de matières collantes avec des filières préfendues fermées. Avec la nitruration, le glissement est amélioré et la résistance à l’usure augmentée. Une lubrification optimale est nécessaire pour obtenir un bon enlèvement des copeaux et atteindre une longue durée de vie de l’outil. An obstruction of the chip holes is avoided and the torque is low-kept thereby. Suitable for cutting long threads. Application Type HSS for steel up to 700 N/mm 2 Type ULTRA for steel up to 1000 N/mm 2 Type INOX for stainless steels up to 1000 N/mm 2 . For other working material as light alloy, non ferrous heavy metals etc. the cutting geometry must be adapted. Remarks It is important that the die is properly set in relation to the work piece and that the thread outside diameter is prepared according to standard. Among the non-slotted dies a surface treatment is recommended when working sticky materials. Nitriding improves the resistance against wear.
