Before you begin using the Job Prioritization Wizard, you should:<br />

• understand the usage patterns for the databases in your system<br />

• know what variables you wish to use to define job prioritizations<br />

• have system administration privileges<br />

Job Prioritization Wizard layout<br />

The Job Prioritization Wizard consists of the following pages:<br />

• Priority Options<br />

• Priority By Job Cost<br />

• Priority By User Group<br />

• Priority By Project<br />

• Summary<br />

1RWHÃDepending on how you choose to define the job prioritizations, you may<br />

or may not see all five pages. For example, if you choose to define priority based<br />

only on job cost, you will not see the Priority By User Group or Priority By<br />

Project pages.<br />

Click Next to advance to the next page of the wizard. Click Back to go back to the<br />

previous page. Click Cancel at any time to exit the wizard without saving any<br />

changes.<br />

Priority Options<br />

The first page of the wizard allows you to choose the variables that will be used<br />

to define the prioritization scheme. There are three choices:<br />

• Cost<br />

• User group<br />

• Project<br />
