In the Folder List, select the User Manager.<br />

On the Administration menu, point to Import, then choose NT Group.<br />

The Import NT Group dialog box opens.<br />

On the General tab, select the NT domain from which you wish to import<br />

a group.<br />

Select the groups you wish to import. Select them by highlighting them in<br />

the NT Users list and moving them to the Desktop users and groups list by<br />

clicking >.<br />

If you wish, on the Default Settings tab, configure default settings for the<br />

groups you import. These settings apply to all users in the groups you are<br />

importing. You can always change these settings later using the User Editor.<br />

If you wish, on the Privileges tab, select the privileges granted to the groups<br />

you import. You can always change the privileges later using the Group Editor.<br />

Click OK to import the groups.<br />

Import users and groups from a text file<br />

On the Administration menu, point to Import, then choose From File. The<br />

Import Users/Groups From File dialog box opens.<br />

Click ... to locate the .udf file from which you wish to import users and<br />

groups. The Open dialog box opens.<br />

Locate and select the .udf file and click Open. You are returned to the<br />

Import Users/Groups From File dialog box.<br />

Click Load to load the information from the file into the dialog.<br />

If you wish to remove some users or groups from the list, select them and<br />

click Delete. To undo a delete, you have to reload the file.<br />

Choose a password option in the Password box and provide the appropriate<br />

information.<br />
