Create a security role

In the Folder List, select the project in which you wish to create a security
role.
From the Administration menu, choose Configure Project. The Project
Configuration Editor opens.
On the Security Roles tab, click View. The Security Roles dialog box
opens.
Click New. The Security Role Editor opens.
Type a name and description for the security role.
Select the privileges you wish to include in the security role from the
Available privileges list.
Click OK to create the security role. You are returned to the Security Roles
dialog box.
Click OK. You are returned to the Project Configuration Editor. The
security role is now available for you to use.
Click OK.
Delete a security role

In the Folder List, select the project from which you wish to delete a
security role.
From the Administration menu, choose Configure project. The Project
Configuration Editor opens.
On the Security Roles tab, click View. The Security Roles dialog box
opens.
Select the security roles you wish to delete and click Delete.
Click OK. You are returned to the Project Configuration Editor.
Click OK.
