On the Type page, select Time-triggered and click Next.<br />

On the Validity Range page, define the start date and end date for the<br />

schedule (or, you can choose No end date) and click Next.<br />

On the Recurrence Pattern page, define the recurrence pattern and the<br />

Time to trigger and click Next.<br />

Based on the options you chose, the Schedule Wizard displays the dates<br />

and times at which the schedule will be triggered, up to 20. Review the<br />

information and click Next.<br />

The last window shows a summary of the schedule you created. Review the<br />

summary information and click Finish to create the schedule.<br />

From the Administration menu, choose Events. The Event Viewer opens.<br />

From the File menu, choose New.<br />

Type the name of the event you wish to create and press ENTER. The event<br />

is created and appears in the list of events.<br />

Exit the Event Viewer.<br />

Create an event-triggered schedule<br />

In the Folder List, select the Schedule Manager.<br />

From the File menu, point to New, and then choose Schedule. The<br />

Schedule Wizard opens.<br />

Read the introduction and click Next.<br />

On the Name & Description page, type a name for the schedule in the<br />

Name box. Type a description in the Description box or you can choose to use the<br />

schedule’s summary information as the description.<br />

Click Next.<br />

On the Type page, select Event-triggered and click Next.<br />

On the Validity Range page, define the start date and end date for the<br />

schedule (or, you can choose No end date) and click Next.<br />
