User Connection Monitor layout<br />

To view details, choose Details from the View menu. The User Connection<br />

Monitor provides you with the following information about users currently<br />

connected to the project source:<br />

Time connected<br />

First job in session<br />

Login ID with which the user is connected<br />

Network address from which the user is<br />

connected<br />

When a user connects to the server, this displays<br />

. When a user access a project, this<br />

displays the name of the project as well<br />

Number of jobs the user has open<br />

User connections can come from one of the<br />

following sources:<br />

• Desktop<br />

• System console<br />

• Web<br />

Date and time at which the user connected<br />

Date and time at which the user ran his first job<br />

after logging in<br />

Date and time at which the user last ran a job<br />

Right-clicking a user connection brings up a menu with the following choices:<br />

• Quick View: Opens the Quick View for a user connection<br />

• View: Allows you to change the view<br />

• Line Up Icons: If you are using the Large Icons or Small Icons view, this<br />

automatically arranges the icons for you<br />

• Refresh: Refreshes the information display<br />

• Disconnect User: Disconnects the selected users<br />
