Change the default database connection for a
database instance

In the Database Instance Manager, right-click the database instance you
wish to change and choose Edit. The Database Instance Editor opens.
In the General tab, select a default database connection in the Database
connection (default) box.
Click OK.

Create a database instance with the Database

In the Folder List, select the Database Instance Manager.
On the File menu, point to New, then choose Database Instance. The
Database Instance Editor opens.
Specify a name, a connection type, and the default database connection for
the database instance.
