If you wish, on the Default Settings tab, configure default settings for the<br />

users you import. You can always change these settings later using the User<br />

If you wish, on the Privileges tab, select the privileges granted the users you<br />

import. You can always change the privileges later using the User Editor.<br />

Click OK to import the users.<br />

Link a user to a Windows NT user<br />

In the User Manager, select the user you wish to link to a Windows NT<br />

user.<br />

From the File menu, choose Edit. The User Editor opens.<br />

Click ... (to the right of the Link NT User box). The Link NT User dialog<br />

box opens.<br />

In the NT Domain list, select the Windows NT domain in which the<br />

Windows NT user is located.<br />

In the NT Users list, select the Windows NT user to which you wish to link<br />

the user.<br />

Click OK.<br />

To remove the link to a Windows NT user, click Clear then click OK. The user<br />

will no longer be able to use Windows NT authentication to access a project<br />

source.<br />

Modify a user<br />

In the User Manager, select the user to you wish to modify.<br />

From the File menu, choose Edit. The User Editor opens.<br />

Make the appropriate modifications and click OK.<br />
