On the Database Connection Definition page, provide the following<br />

information:<br />

◊ Local system data source: From the list of DSNs, select the DSN the<br />

database connection will use.<br />

◊ Database login and Password: Type the login ID and password used to<br />

access the database<br />

If you wish to use Windows NT (Trusted) authentication, check the Use<br />

network login ID (Windows NT authentication) check box. Any login ID<br />

and password information you entered will be ignored and Windows NT<br />

authentication will be used instead.<br />

Click Next.<br />

Review the information on the Summary page and click Finish to create<br />

the database instance.<br />

In the Database Instance Manager, right-click the database instance you want to<br />

delete and choose Delete.<br />

In the Database Instance Manager, right-click the name of the database<br />

instance you wish to modify and choose Edit. The Database Instance Editor<br />

opens.<br />

Make the appropriate changes to the database instance definition.<br />

Click OK.<br />
