On the Governing tab, set the Jobs per user account governor in the Job
governing options.
Click OK to save your changes.
Limit the number of jobs per user session

Select the project in which you wish to limit the number of jobs per user
session.
From the Administration menu, choose Configure Project. The Project
Configuration Editor opens.
On the Governing tab, set the Jobs per user session governor in the Job
governing options.
Click OK to save your changes.
