Kenya, Kuwait, Lithuania, Malawi, Mauritania, Mexico, Peru, Portugal,<br />

Rw<strong>and</strong>a, <strong>and</strong> Vanuatu. 3 Another two countries are expected to achieve a ratio<br />

of one or greater because of declines in both female <strong>and</strong> male rates, with male<br />

enrollment rates declining faster: Myanmar <strong>and</strong> Saudi Arabia.
