List the importance of accurate pool/spa water testing 2. List the results of improper water testing 3. Explain the methods used to test pool/spa water 4. Explain the proper procedure for testing pool/spa water Leading Questions: Why is chemical testing important? Why is it important to have accurate water testing? How often should testing be done and why? What types of testing do you do at your pools? How is your testing recorded? Is there a regulatory agency that reviews your testing results? Key Points: Discuss the importance of accurate testing and consequences of improper testing. Emphasize that the results of the tests that are taken have a domino effect on everything else done from that point on with the water chemistry.
