10cm x 30cm pieces of printed
cotton fabric

Step 1 Using the pattern
provided cut out one pattern piece
from 4 different coordinating
fabrics for each fabric egg.
Step 2 With right sides facing,
pin two pieces together along one
side from the top marked point
to the bottom marked point. Sew
together between the points using
a 5mm seam allowance.
Step 3 Open out sewn pieces
and with right sides facing pin
the next piece to one of the sewn
pieces. Sew together as before
along one edge between marked
points.
Step 4 Repeat with the
remaining piece of fabric leaving a
5cm opening along the final seam.
Step 5 Trim and clip all seams,
turn right side out and press.
Firmly stuff the fabric eggs with
hobby fill and hand stitch the
opening closed. •
