Materials
Decofoam eggs
Assorted colours Jo Sonia’s paints
Paint brushes & palette
Wooden skewers
Empty tissue box or tall glass or jar
Step 1 Push a skewer into the base
of the egg just enough to hold in place
then paint with a base coat of colour
using the skewer to hold the egg. Stab
the other end of the skewer into the
tissue box or stand in a tall glass or jar
to allow paint to dry thoroughly. Repeat
for as many eggs as required. Paint
eggs with a second coat if needed.
Step 2 Paint little flower designs or
designs of choice on the dry painted
surface of the eggs then return skewer
to the tissue box or glass to dry.
Step 3 When the paint is dry
remove skewers. •
