Article 14. Right to information.
It is proposed to complete the draft of this article by introducing the possibility of requesting
clarification in relation to the report of the auditor, as allowed by Article 520 LSC
introduced by Law 25/2011.
Article 18. Individual request for information.
It is proposed to include the possibility of requesting clarifications on the information
provided to the CNVM from the previous Board Meeting and regarding the auditor's report,
as well as adding the possibility of refusing the requested information if it already appears
on the website in the question-answer format, such as prescribed in Article 520 LSC
introduced by Law 25/2011.
Article 23. Minutes of the Board Meeting. Publication of Resolutions
It is proposed that reference be made with regards to the certifications of the Board
Meeting, that they can be issued by the Secretary, or the person acting as such, to adapt it
to the actual situation of Amper and include the results of the votes on the website, as well
as the resolutions adopted by the Board, in accordance with Article 525 LSC introduced by
Law 25/2011.
Article 28. Disclosure
It is proposed that this article be modified to incorporate the disclosure requirements
therein of the Regulations established by Article 513 LSC after the amendment of Law
25/2011.

PROPOSED AMENDMENTS
Based on the foregoing, it is proposed that the draft of the Articles of Association listed in
Section I above is as indicated below, including text in two columns, with the current draft
and the proposed draft, with the changes highlighted in bold to facilitate understanding of
the changes.
