RISKS AND UNCERTAINTIES
Amper has a Corporate Risk Map configured as a tool to facilitate the identification,
management and monitoring of all risks with a significant impact on the objectives of
the entity. The monitoring and update of the Corporate Risk Map is the responsibility of
the various Marketing and Product Managements and of the Internal Audit. The Audit
and Control Committee monitors and verifies this information to ensure further
alignment of the risks faced by the company with its strategy.
The main categories of risks referred to are as follows:
• Risks related to processes.
• Financial risks.
• Technological risks.
• Human Capital risks.
With regard to the 2012 fiscal year, there has been no identified risk or additional
significant uncertainty which is managed by the company in its field of business.
